I’m sure upon reading this email any tom dick or harry will be skeptical about it and deem it as a scam, however there are bound to be innocent people around who can’t tell that it is a scam. Thus to all innocent people out there this is indeed a scam upon. This is what I found upon checking up hang seng bank website;
There have recently been fraudulent e-mails in circulation which claim to be issued by directors/senior executives/employees of Hang Seng Bank. Typically, recipients of these e-mails are invited to claim a large sum of money held in the name of an account-holder since deceased, by posing as his next-of-kin. The recipients are asked to provide the issuer with their personal details.
Please note that these e-mails were not issued by Hang Seng or its employees. Hang Seng has already reported the cases to the Hong Kong Police for investigation. If you receive e-mails of this kind you may wish to contact the Hong Kong Police.

Is it me or what? Coke seems to be so addictive today. In the past three hours I have drunk four cans of it. Since last week, coke and coffee seem to have invaded my life. Well life’s been pretty busy since I came back from HCMC. Got a part time job selling books (and it like war everyday) and end up being tired and turning in early every day ( well I solved my insomnia problem though), thus the lacks in new post muhahah. Well to spice things up I’m also engaging in a NEW project. He he, that is to give my laptop a new coat of paint; thus entrecards dropping maybe disrupted as I have no access to the lappy during this period as it is mummified!!! So please bear with me for this week

Oh well, in the mean time you can guess what color I spray my lap top

Cheers and nights

Hey guys It’s national day this coming Saturday and I have this crazy idea for all Singapore bloggers out there; lets unite and fly our national fly high and proud on our blog for the month of august just like what we always do. Okay I mean virtually. Well since I don’t use much of my bandwidth I shall share that with every one by hosting the pic. Muhaha. Embed your flag by pasting the following code on your blog.

<img src=”http://myphotologs.com/s%27pore_flag.png” border=”0″ alt=”" />

Well for those that don’t know the national flag symbolize, here it is:
The national flag is Singapore’s most visible symbol of statehood, symbolising our sovereignty, pride and honour. It reflects the ideals, beliefs and values that we stand by as a nation amidst our rich and diverse make-up. It forms a crucial element of our national identity. As such, the national flag is to be treated with dignity and honour.

Its Origin
The national flag was unveiled on 3 December 1959, together with the state crest and the national anthem, at the installation of the new Head of State, the Yang di-Pertuan Negara. It was created by a Committee led by then Deputy Prime Minister, Dr Toh Chin Chye. It replaced the Union Jack, which had flown over Singapore for 140 years (1819-1959). Upon Singapore’s independence in 1965, it was adopted as Singapore’s national flag.

Its Meaning
The flag consists of two equal horizontal sections, red above white. In the upper left section are a white crescent moon, and five white stars forming a circle. Each feature of the flag has its own distinctive meaning and significance. Red symbolizes universal brotherhood and equality of man. White signifies pervading and everlasting purity and virtue. The crescent moon represents a young nation on the ascendant. The five stars stand for the nation’s ideals of democracy, peace, progress, justice and equality.
